First click on layer with pixels you want to warp (layer can not be background layer, must be regular layer), in Photoshop CS5 and newer go to Edit > Puppet Warp or Edit > Transform > Warp.
To create dynamic animations using After Effects Puppet Pin tool, first import your artwork into After Effects. Then, use the Puppet Pin tool to place pins on the areas you want to animate. Move the pins to create movement, and use keyframes to animate the pins over time. Experiment with the Puppet Starch tool to control the stiffness of the animation. Finally, preview your animation to make adjustments as needed.
The batten and Heddle are the two tools that are used to separate warp and weft. Both the tools work together to weave the cloth.
WIth Type tool active and off course layer with text, look at options bar. Options bar is below menus. On right side of options bar and screen you will see three small icons: warp, cancel and confirm. Press warp (first icon) and choose warp mode.
I've found that the easiest way to make yourself thinner in photoshop is to use the the forward warp tool. Select the filter pulldown menu, then liquify, then the forward warp tool which is on the top left hand side of the tool bar. You have to play around with the brush sizes and it takes a bit to get it down but it works and it's a quick fix.
