# From the very entrance, walk over so you're to the right of the left statue, then slide north (herein, walking on ice will be referred to as sliding). This will break two snowballs in the pit. # Slide back south, take two steps to the right, and then slide down again, breaking three more snowballs in the pit. # Slide to the right, over to the stairs, battle the Trainer, and then slide to the northeast corner of the room. # Slide over to the two tiles of snow and slide downwards while standing on the second one from the right (the one closest to the Gym Leader). You'll stop on some more snow. Slide west to break another snowball in the pit. # Slide west, south, climb the stairs, slide south, and climb the stairs so you'll be on the top level. (You'll need to return here several times, so this spot will be called "the end of Step 5" for later reference.) # 6. Go back to the end of Step 5, and then slide north to the next snow patch, then west, fighting the Trainer, and then sliding north to another snow patch. Slide east twice to break another snowball in the pit. # Go back to the end of Step 5, but this time slide north twice (instead of stopping on the snow patch), then slide east to break a snowball on the third level. # Go back to the end of Step 5, although now slide south twice, then east once so you will be at the entrance. Slide down the same way you did in Step 1 (one step to the right of the left statue), then slide down so you're near the Gym Leader. Slide over to the Trainer, then north, then west, then south to patch of snow, and then south once again so you hit the snowball. Lastly, slide west and you'll crush the snowball blocking your way to the Gym Leader. # There should only be two snowballs left at this point (one in the absolute middle of the pit and one on the southern side of the third level). Slide your way back to the entrance (combination of end of Step 5 and going south, then west). Now, step on the same position you were in during Step 2 (northeast corner of the snow patch near the entrance) and then slide to the east. You'll hit a snowball. Slide north to a patch of snow, then north again, but don't step on the second patch of snow immediately to the north of the one you're currently on; instead, slide to the west to shatter the snowball. # Return to the northwest corner of the snow patch near the entrance (you know how to get there by now...), and slide back to where you were in Step 8. Slide west so you hit the Trainer, but this time slide south so you land on a patch of snow. Slide east, and you'll break the snowball in the middle. # Return to the entrance, and go straight through the center to reach the Gym Leader!
keep two pokemon in the daycare. go to the sandstorm and try to cycle up the sand slide. use something heavy to press on your up directional button. after few hours your pokemon will up tremendous levels. because when you go up its considered one step and slide down another step. just by pressing up 1 times at the sand slide is equal to 2 step when you are walking
