Text that appears at the bottom of each page is called a footer.
The command to place text at the bottom edge of each printed page of a document is typically found in the "Header & Footer" group within the "Insert" tab in most word processing software, like Microsoft Word. This functionality allows users to add footers, where they can include page numbers, dates, or any other information that should appear at the bottom of every page.
It is the Footer.
These are comments, files names, dates, page numbers etc. that can be printed on any document, headers are show at the top of the page, footers at the bottom.
Magnifying a page does not affect the printed document unless there is a very bad problem with your computer and/or printer.
They are known as the Header (top) and the Footer (bottom). Unless enabled, they do not appear on the printed page, and are outside the page body area that can contain printable text. Use Word's Help for more instructions.
