Depending on what you may want to do with the files, it can be helpful to arrange the files in different ways, other than in alphabetical order (Arrange icons by name). For example, if there are a large number of different file types, and you only want to copy or move pictures out, you can choose "Arrange icons by type" to put all files of each type next to each other, and make them easier to select. You may want to choose "Arrange icons by size" if you know there is a large file in the folder you want to remove, or if you are arranging files to put on a disc and want to maximize disc usage by selecting a large file and filling space with smaller ones. If you have a disorganized picture collection and you are looking for photos from a wedding you took three years ago, "Arrabge icons by Date" can help you find older files more quickly.
Why would you want to do that. just right click and go to arange icons by and then go to show desktop icons uncheck that dektop icond will hide

Tool bar icons are the various icons (small pictorial representations) that have a certain function and are located on the tool bar. The tool bar is usually located under the menu bar. It contains various icons, that perform certain functions depending on the application being referred. These icons provide a pictorial representation of the function that is intended to be performed on clicking them. for example : the 'back', 'forward' and 'home' icons in any commonly used web browser.
