Went to the bank to dispute it and they didn`t know what it was. 2 days later CCE was not there. I was using Emergency cash on my mobile at that time - So i think bank reserved the money (CCE) to be withdraw at the ATM - once you take the money You Will get ATM Transaction, Just give 2-4 days for the CCE go off Your bank Statement.
