The channel symbol at the bottom right of the screen is typically referred to as a "bug" or "watermark." Each type of monitor is different. If there is a menu button on it, or a symbol that looks like a sheet of paper with writing on it, push it. It should give you a menu and someplace there is an option to adjust the size of the screen and the centering.
