To find your correct incoming mail server you need to first setup your outgoing mailbox After that you still dont have the incoming mail server name I would suggest you contact your mail server company and get their help.

I'm not sure but on my iPod touch smtp.live.com works but when I try it on my computer it doesn't work so hope I could help.
