PF Usage is an abbreviation for pagefile usage. Unfortunately the label is misleading as that is not what it is showing. This is actually the same as the commit charge. This can be more accurately thought of as potential pagefile usage: if everything in RAM that could be sent to the pagefile actually was, this is the space that would be required. A great deal of what is labeled "PF Usage" will actually be in RAM, not the pagefile. Actual pagefile usage, as shown in Performance Monitor, will typically be much lower. Memory management in modern operating systems is very complex. Do not try to read too much into what Task Manager might seem to be telling you. Chances are it does not mean what you think it does. It stands for page file usage. Page file usage is the variable amount of hard drive space that is dedicated to your total system memory.

Page file in windows is identical to swap memory in unix based systems. Microsoft gives a different name to all the terms and hence the page file.
What kind of page? if it is an Internet page, see the other question i answered about Internet page extensions. however im assuming you mean the page file that uses windows virtual memory, in which case it is .sys

It is called Page File.It is created during widows xp installation & resides on the hard drive.It is measured in MB.By default,windows xp creates a page file approx. 1.5 times size of installed RAM.
Right click on the file and select properties. The size is listed there.
