The Snipping tool utility is available in a few of the Windows operating editions. These Windows editions are Home Premium, Ultimate, Professional and the Enterprise editions of Windows & operating system.

It is not possible to take a screen shot in Google Chrome. However from Windows 7, Snipping tool was introduced, that can take screen shots.
If your using a web browser. Press CTRL + P if your using a Windows computer and it will ask you wether or not you would like to print. If you want a more specific print, than click PrtSc. Then take that picture and edit it in Paint. Alternatively, you can use the Snipping Tool in Windows 7. To access that, Orb > Search "Snipping Tool"
