What is the relation between computer and communication?

I think there is not much major difference between IT and Computers.

IT includes Networking, Database, web and programming languages etc.

where as in CS mainly concentrate on Programming languages and Architecture and design also on networking and other subjects but not in depth.

It's a lot like the relationship between a pencil and writing. Computing is the verb, and the computer is the object that is acted upon by the verb. In the ideal world, it is only possible to compute with a computer; if computer is defined as a machine that crunches numbers (i.e.; you wouldn't compute with a shovel, nor would you speak with a bicycle).
