The label command lets you set or change the 11-character label of a drive. The vol command only displays it, along with its serial number.

When you type the command dir to list he directories, it will say Volume in drive X has Y label. where x is the drive you are currently on, and y is the label. (y= no if it has an undefined label).

The keyword error can be put in a line that sayson error goto [label]This will send the program to that label if any error is encountered.
It is done by using the Wrap Text option.
You can easily make 20 vol from 30 by mixing it with 33.3% distilled water, but I wouldn't try making 20 vols from 10 unless you have a laboratory and the correct equipment to distill accurately. One can also use equal parts of 30 vol and 10 vol. You can easily use two identical glasses and eye out equal amounts. Add them together. Viola. Peroxide is unstable so be sure to store your new concentration peroxide in a capped brown plastic bottle. Also be sure to label it 20 vol.
I believe it simply tells you what drive you are in. Such as C drive or D Drive.
It specifies the label of the volume. If you use the command format d: /v:hello It would format the d: drive on your computer and rename the disk "hello".
