More Info:
I installed a windows update and now my monitor is really hard to read.
I run windows XP and I don't want to here that windows are stupid.
I fixed my machine by re-imaging my machine farther back then I tried at first.
Monitor is not plugged in or monitor is not plugged in to computer
Is it the monitor, the video card or a setting? If you have access to another monitor, plug it in and see if it too is upside down. If that's it, the yolk is installed wrong on the monitor CRT.
It seems the monitor is not the problem, the hard drive is frozen.
The Video Card
most likely it is on stand by and you might have to press it
Unmaximise the window and move it to the monitor that it should be opening on. Don't maximise it here, just close it. When you open it again, it will be on the correct monitor. Maximise it again, then close it. From this point on, it will open on the correct monitor, even if you move it to the other monitor and maximise it there. Same "problem", only reversed. Since that's what you want it to do, it's not really a problem now. Still a biug though.
the monitor works and the video card and the power supply but i don't know if its the CPU chip or the motherboard how can i tell whats wrong
More than likely the video card is going bad.
There are many advantages of using a CCTV monitor. Some of the biggest advantages of using a CCTV monitor are feeling safe and having security, being able to have evidence if something were to go wrong, and to see what is going on on your property at all times.
unless it blew out when it was connected to that monitor nothing should happen unless it send like wrong amounts of electricity which i highly doubt possible.
It's simple and straight forward. If things go wrong with an aircraft in flight, there can be catastrophic consequences. It is a good idea to monitor and maintain avionics systems so that things don't go wrong in flight. It would suck to be out of fuel if the gauge had failed. It would be bad to be in the wrong place because the VOR was out of wack. The list goes on.
This can result from many things including wrong resolution settings, missing or invalid graphics card drivers, a loose connection to the computer, no connection to the computer, or the monitor could simply be broken.
