Use the SHIFT key or CONTROL key, depending on what you want to do.
Click on a file in Windows Explorer. SHIFT-Click on another file to select every file in between.

generally, a separate file is used to store the records of each relation.However, in a "Multitable Clustering file organization", records of several different relations are stored in the same file.
Normally, you'd use CONTROL-[Selection] to choose more than one item in a drop-down list.
To select files whose names are adjacent in Excel, use the Shift key. You can hold the Shift key and click on the first file and the last file, and that will select all the files in between. Using the down arrow while holding Shift can do the same.
