You cannot actually insert pci slots into a PC since pci slots come inbuilt on the motherboard. so the no. of pci slots u have depends on the motherboard.
Not sure why the words "CD slots" is in the question...but laptops do come with CD rom drives.
Not all printers come with memory card slots, but most midrange (over $80) printers do, such as HP's and Canon's.
There is no need to predict it, the reason is that is was designed and built that way. Designing in such slots allows for future upgrades and different utilisations of the computer.
Alas, no aux input on the 2008 Tacoma. 2009 does come standard with the aux input.

There different size. IE: ATX and micro ATX. On each motherboard are pin connections for the CPU, you must have the correct pin connect for the desired CPU. Also, foudn on the "MoBos" are AGP slots for older videos cards and PCI xpress slots for a vareity of videos cards, video input, and othere cards. Some MoBos come with onboard audio.
