One night I was feeling depressed, so I took a very hot bath while listening to music in dim light... Afterward, I put on lotion, and dressed in warm fuzzy pants, a t-shirt, fuzzy socks, and a fuzzy robe. I felt so much better. It took time to feel better, but I did. It took a good 15-20 minutes... But it was relief. It also works for stress. Relaxing in hot water and music soak away troubles and worries. BE ALONE!!!!!! Also if you have sore muscles, then soak in water mixed with Epsom salt. It does indeed help.

add going for a 30 min walk will help greatly.
