as far i concern i will take tepig (fire type) because he has the attacks that has more power and accuracy than the others.in every game fire type Pokemon rules. ______ Improved I'm really sure that all 3 starters stats add up in total are the same. If you want a Pokemon that can learn good moves, pick Snivy. Tepig has good moves too but, most of them are Fighting. The water otter is good, but the moves sucks but, can learn very great moves out of the HMs/TMs. I would choose Snivy. Snivy stats are great. I suggest either Snivy, or Tepig for your starter!
Snivy learns Leaf Storm at Lv. 43.
Through the leveling up process from Snivy to Serperior. I currently don't have the levels but Serperior will learn Tackle Leer Vinewhip Wrap Growth Leaf Tornado Leaf blade mega Drain Slam Coil Wring Out Gastro Acid Leaf Storm Giga Drain. I traded for my Snivy and Snivy already knew Iron tail. I'm currently looking to see if Serperior can learn a fire move instead of sunny day with out AR
Snivy learns leaf tornado at level 16 and at level 17 it will evolve into servine.
I think Snivy because it can learn good moves, but they all have the same base stats in total. So it's all preference.
It doesnt learn it by level, but you can teach a tm, its tm45
Some of the best types are Fire, grass and rock. For your starter pokemon you should use a Snivy or a Tepig. Snivy's can learn good moves like mega drain but I'm not sure about Giga drain. Tepig evolves into Pignite which is also a fighting type.
Snivy has the Ability 'Overgrow,' helps because when HP is down below 1/3, it powers up grass moves 1.5 times.
it can learn Grass and Psychic moves
the only one i know is snivy, a starter pokemon.
Snivy and its evolutions have no level-up moves of types other than Normal or Grass. It can learn Aerial Ace (Flying) and Dragon Tail (Dragon) via TM, but that still leaves it with no moves that aren't resisted by Steel. In Black 2 and White 2, it gets Aqua Tail (Water) to help with the Steel problem. The type combination Water/Grass/Flying/Dragon can hit everything at least neutrally.
