You can use the Format Painter. Click anywhere in the paragraph. Then click the Format Painter. The select the paragraph you want to paste formatting onto and it will do it.

Paragraph format changes thing like how far the paragraph should be from the edge of the page, and how tightly the lines of the paragraph should be spaced out.Font format changes things like how close the letters should be and changes the type of font, size of text, if it is bold, italic, underlined, strikethroughed, or all three
Use the Format Number tab, with the cells that you want to change the format for selected. Then choose General and it will set that formatting for those cells.
This is stored within the document itself. That is why if you have sometimes too much formatting in the document, it get get big in size.
When you open any application some formatting must be already set, like the font, the size, the colours etc. You can then change them to what you want them to be. So the defaults are the preset formats when you start. A default format is the format that is set when you start the application.

Click on the cell that you want to take formatting from. If you click once on the Format Painter, you can then click on another cell and it will receive the formatting from the other cell and the Format Painter will be deactivated. If you double click on the Format Painter, then it is turned on until you click on it again, meaning you can apply formatting to lots of cells.
Go to settings, system settings, and click the restore default settings button and there won't be any password on your PSP! Luckily, this won't format the memory stick. And if you want to format it, then go to setting, system setting and then memory stick and there you will see the format memory stick button and formatting means resting or deleting (just to those who don't know)
