Appeal and the amount of information you're giving. If the amount of information you give on the power point is a good amount, at least enough to get across the information that you want to. And the appeal of the presentation is real good then go with the power point. Not many people like to have to read through a text document to get information when they could have a very nice looking power point sitting in front of them!
