Talking about speeds when comparing stationary bikes to real world riding is entirely pointless.
If your 90-100 rpm is how fast you're turning the cranks, the question is impossible to answer, as a regular bike will usually have different gears to chose between, which will give you several different speeds at the same rate of turning the cranks. In real riding, you don't know how hard the going is, (uphill/downhill, headwind/tailwind etc), which will influence what gear you'll use. Lowest gear can give something like 3-5 MPH (5-8 KMH) at that rpm while highest gear can give something like 25+ MPH (40+ KMH) for the same rate of turn. Pedal rate-of-turn for bicycles is usually called cadence.
If you're talking about rpm as the turning rate of the rear wheel, then you could do some silly comparisons by calculating the circumference of the wheel and taking that times the number of revolutions. But it wouldn't tell you anything helpful either, as you have no idea if you'd be able to go that fast due to air drag and so on.
