The fastest hard drives I have seen have 15K rpms. You will not like the price though. Western digital makes affordable 10K that are called Velocirator. It is the fastest consumer level hard drives (it is used for server applications too).
To get hard disk drive speeds, one may search through many locations. Most websites that sell hard disk drives will allow one to select multiple hard disk drives to compare and contrast them. Once one has selected the hard disk drives to be compared, one can look for speeds offered. In addition, there are many websites that are devoted to the latest and greatest in technology and some of these have comparisons between the different hard disk drives.
The fasted CD speed available is 52x, while DVD's spin at 16x.
Recorders with hard drives operate similarly to regular recorders, only that they convert the sound and/or video into a digital format and record the digital format to the hard drive. They operate the hard drive similarly to how a PC would use it. They might use hard drives that don't have error correction to improve the speed.
Theres a number of different speedsOlder drives spin at 5400RPMThe average drive spins at 7200RPMNewer, 1TB SATA drives spin at 10,000RPMHight performance drives (File Servers, Web Hosting ec) spin at 15,000RPM
The top four brands of 1TB Hard Drives are amongst others Western Digital hard drives, Seagate hard drives, Toshiba hard drives, and Hitachi hard drives.
The most common range is 5400-7200 rpm. There are also 10000 and 15000 rpm drives. Solid state drives do not operate on the same principals as disk drives, and do not spin at all.

Computers improve with advances in technology. For example - the capacity of hard-drives has vastly increased over the years, as has internet speeds etc.
Three common external storage devices are external hard drives, USB flash drives, and solid-state drives (SSDs). External hard drives provide large storage capacities and are often used for backups and data transfer. USB flash drives are portable and convenient for transferring smaller amounts of data. SSDs, while typically more expensive, offer faster read and write speeds compared to traditional hard drives, making them ideal for quick data access.
DVD drives that offer less loading time are drives that have a fast read/write speeds. These speeds are usually labeled on the box.
The main purpose of the internal drive on a computer is to store the operating system, software applications, and user data. It provides the necessary space for file storage and retrieval, allowing the system to operate efficiently. Internal drives can be either hard disk drives (HDDs) or solid-state drives (SSDs), with SSDs offering faster data access speeds. Overall, the internal drive is essential for the computer's functionality and performance.
