Geographically, the British Isles include the islands of Britain and Ireland and all of their off-shore islands. Politically, this means the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, therefore there are six flags, not four. These are; St. George's Cross = England, St Andrew's Cross = Scotland, flag of St David = Wales, St Patrick's Cross = Northern Ireland and the Irish Tricolour = Republic of Ireland. On public buildings within the UK, you are most likely to see the Union Flag, which is an amalgam of the flags of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
I guess you mean 'Indian Flag' and not 'Inden Flag'. Indian Flag is divided into three parts or rather strips. The first strip is Orange, the second is white with a Blue Chariot wheel in it and the third is a green strip. The flag strips are horizontal. It is a tricolor flag. I hope this helped!
I don't know what a bum name is but there is two flags for Ireland the Republic of Ireland , and Northern Ireland. The one from the Republic of Ireland is three strips facing upward green, white, and orange.Northern Ireland is different it is a hand in the middle of four red stripes facing to the middle with a crown on the hand.

Indianapolis Firefighters Emerald Society How to Fold the Irish Flag The colors that make up the Irish flag are often symbolic and have designated meaning. Three colors make up the Irish flag. Green represents the Catholics of Ireland; orange represents the Protestants of Ireland; and the white stripe between the two represents the idea of unity and peace between both people. 1. Fold the orange section over on top of the white section. 2. Turn the flag over and fold the green section over similarly on top of the opposite side of the white section. 3. Fold the flag in half doubling the orange section in on top of itself, leaving the green on both sides of the remaining square. The idea behind this specific folding pattern is so that the orange and green sections symbolically never touch. The orange section represents Protestant settlers in Ireland (there is a William of Orange connection but I am unsure as to what) and the green section represents the Catholic indigenous. Because of the conflict between the two in the past in the Republic, the white is included in the flag to represent peace, and to separate them when the flag is folded. Presumably the green section is left foremost as it is the National Color of Ireland. If the Irish Flag is folded triangularly (like the Stars and Stripes), this is incorrect.
England's flag represents the 'State' of England as St. Georges flag. The Union Flag, or Jack is the flag of Britain (UK) and is the country comprising of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each State within the UK have their own flag but the Union Jack is the national flag
