fusion fall is stupid
When an application is developed, it has to be "compiled" or packaged for a particular type of computer - for the operating system you use, the processor in your computer, and a few other simple factors. For example - a program designed to run on a computer using the Windows operating system won't run "natively" on an Apple Mac. There are some options: the easiest method is to check whether the program has been written for your operating system. Usually you can find this on the website for the software you're trying to run. Alternatively, you can try using an "Emulator" or a "Virtual machine". If you're using a Mac, for example, you can try installing Parallels or VMWare Fusion - these let you run *some* Windows programs on a Mac.
i believe they are still in the testing phases... but I have heard of one that was in operation not sure I would have to do some research again? So going on from here, Fusion reactors are still being tested small scale, and according to wikipedia, the worst source in the world. They are not expected to be used commercially untill atleast 2050.

Same as all elements - in stars by nuclear fusion.
Fusion reactors have not been developed and built yet because it is a complex and challenging process to control and sustain nuclear fusion reactions at a scale that is practical for energy production. Scientists are still working on overcoming technical and engineering obstacles to make fusion power a viable and reliable source of energy.
It has not been developed enough to make this clear

0%. No one has an operating fusion power plant. Issues of plasma containment have not been solved. We are working on it, but commercial application is 50 to 100 years away, at best - and it is possible that there will never be a viable solution.

It may be possible one day but it will be many years before fusion plants are developed.
