There are many types of virus that can lead to a much dangerous way if not acted immediately.
1.) The Bomb â–º Based on it's name, all bombs have timer. Similarly, Bomb viruses will only activate on a specified date. When you click upon a file with that instruction, it will inject some codes and will only activate on a specified date. One good example is the Jerusalem Virus. It can delete all programs executed on Friday the 13th.
2.) Trojan Horse â–º This is a common virus. It contains Malware and other harmful programs/instructions. It can destroy the whole PC if not acted immediately.
3.) Malware â–º This is a common type of virus. A file with Malware slow down the computer speed if executed. Malware can lead to a bigger problems such us BSOD if joined with a worm virus.
4.) Worm â–º You need to delete the root file immediately when you have this kind of virus. This virus replicates itself through Drives, networks, and/or emails.
5.) Backdoor â–º This is a type of a Rootkit. A backdoor virus attacks vulnerable points on your system. Can completely dump out your system. This virus is commonly used by hackers and crackers.
