You cannot get Keynote on a Dell computer unless that Dell computer is an Hackintosh since Keynote is only for iOS and OS X. However, if you have a iOS device or a Mac, you can get it for free as part of iWork from the App Store if you bought your Mac or iOS device if you buy it after1 September 2013. If not, you have to pay for it at the App Store.
Nope....I've been hoping for it to be free with a Mac, but it's part of iWork, not iLife. It can be purchased in the Mac App Store for $19.99...however there is a free 30-day trial which you can download. Hope that helps.
Just use the search button in the upper right corner of the screen. Type in Keynote and it will pop up.
I believe Keynote on the Mac has an option on the "File" menu, "Export", that lets you save the Keynote presentation in various formats, including Quicktime video and Flash.
Well depends. does your mac have Microsoft office mac edition. if it does then it should integrate perfectly, Apple's Keynote software and the free Open Office and Neo Office will all run Powerpoint presentations on a Mac.
Microsoft produce a Mac version of PowerPoint. (See links below)
No. it comes free with every new Mac, and can be purchased through the App Store if you don't have it. (for Mac only).

Keynote files are application extensions for Apple iWorks Office Suite. You would need to export the file before converting it to another format. And, even in doing so, there is no guarantee that the file's contents (fonts, layout, etc.) will be displayed as originally designed. In any case, export the file, then try converting it to a Windows format.
