Only the Windows 7 Starter.
You have to buy the 32 bit version and reinstall windows with the 32 bit version you bought
There is no 64-bit version of Adobe Flash Player currently available for Windows. You must use the 32-bit version, along with a 32-bit browser.
If you are currently running a 32-bit version of Windows, you can only perform an upgrade to another 32-bit version of Windows. Similarly, if you are running a 64-bit version of Windows Vista, you can only perform an upgrade to another 64-bit version of Windows Vista. If you want to move from a 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version of Windows Vista, you'll need to back up your files and then perform a custom installation of the 64-bit version of Windows 8. NTFS doesn't have a "bit version." No 16-bit version of Windows ever used NTFS, but there is 16-bit software to access NTFS partitions.
No you can't because 64-bit won't run on an x86 (32-bit) PC. You have to have the x86 version.
Windows 7 is an operating system not a browser. It is available in 32 and 64 bit versions.
The answer that used to be here was essentially right at one time, but no longer is. The simplest way to tell is to right-click your "My Computer" icon (depending on your version of Windows and your settings, this could be in your start menu, on the desktop, or in whatever insane place Windows 8 puts things; it might also just be "Computer" in the Start menu) and select "Properties." Next look at the window that comes up. If it says "64-bit" somewhere, you're running a 64-bit version of Windows. If it says "32-bit", you're running a 32-bit version. If it doesn't say either of those things, it's almost certainly 32 (up to 2014, all 64-bit versions of Windows say they're 64-bit; 32-bit versions might or might not say they're 32-bit, depending on how old they are).
Depends on your computer's processor, both versions are sold by Microsoft and are available at most computer retail stores. Most modern computers have a 64-bit processor, so you'll probably be able to find 64-bit Windows more easily.
