A PC technician should work inside the power supply when troubleshooting power-related issues, such as the computer not turning on or experiencing intermittent power failures. Additionally, they may need to inspect or replace faulty components like capacitors or connections. However, this should only be done if they have proper training and tools, as power supplies can store high voltages even when unplugged, posing safety risks. It's often safer and more efficient to replace the entire power supply rather than attempting repairs.
No attempt should be made to repair the power supply. The power supply should be replaced with a power supply of equal or greater wattage.

A computer's (PC's) power supply is a sealed unit and should be replaced as a whole - It is dangerous to try and repair the inside of that sealed unit (that is why it is sealed).
The drive appears to be a bad one. Why do you need a floppy disc drive anyways?
I'm sure someone can elaborate on this answer but there is a major aspect of safety involved if you are taking a computer power supply apart, that being the large capacitors inside hold a substantial amount of charge that are enough to give you a nasty shock, so you should drain the power from them before you go poking your fingers inside. Of course you would never do it when the power supply was switched on!
any power supply with at least 175 watts
Yes. You should wear one whenever you work inside a computer.
its when theres a power supply inside like a power pack so u can carry it around with u
The capacitors in the power supply may still be 'charged' - and give off a powerful shock if touched.
A basic computer should have at least two fans. One fan should be inside the power supply unit and the other fan should be on the processor. Extra fans inside the computer are optional.
