A DFD consists of a set of processes and data stores and shows the flow of data through the system.

First create a process node on the diagram and label it that the 'process' is to delete data.

If the data is being deleted from a data store then draw an arrow to the data store that the information is being deleted from and label the arrow with the data being deleted.

If the data is being deleted from the data flowing into the process node then show the data before the node and then remove the data after the node.

What type of infographic is a cutaway drawing a building?

Infographics are a visual image such as a chart or diagram used to represent information or data. So maybe a diagram and not a chart or graph of any kind. Cause charts and graphs can show external parts left out to reveal the interior of the building. And plus cutaway means a diagram or drawing with some external parts left out to reveal the interior. So it must be a diagram or drawing.

It depends on the purpose and type of the drawing. If the scale would be necessary for proper interpretation of the drawing (e.g. mechanical drawing, plans for a building) then yes. If the scale would not help in interpreting the drawing (e.g. electronics schematic, software data flow diagram) then no.

Difference between activity diagram and dfd?

In data flow diagrams, the lines between "boxes" represent data that flows between components of a system. Because these only show the flow of data, they do not give an indication of sequencing. In activity diagrams, those lines are simply transitions between activities and do not represent data flow at all. They more represent the sequencing of activities and decisions. You can tell from these what order things happen in.

Is deleting cells the same as clearing cells?

No. Clearing the cells in a table is typically just erasing the data in them. Deleting them would be getting rid of that column or row (or cell) completely along with the data inside.
