Writers typically note the inclusion of enclosures at the end of a letter by typing "Enclosure" or "Enclosures" followed by the number of items included in brackets. For example, "Enclosures: (2)" would indicate that two additional items are included with the letter.

You can use "Best regards," (followed by a comma) in the closing of a business or friendly letter. On the next line, you can write your signature. If you are typing the letter, leave a blank line between "Best regards," and your typed name. In the blank line, write your signature.
It is a common mistake when typing. It can happen when you are thinking too far ahead about what you are tying and think of typing the i before typing the h.
