You achieve that by having text wrapping, so that it automatically goes onto a new line when you reach the end of the line.
To skip a line while typing, you can press the "Enter" or "Return" key on your keyboard twice. This creates a blank line between paragraphs. If you're using a text editor or word processor, you can also adjust the line spacing settings to automatically add space between lines.
