Believe it or not, it's actually not good to cross your legs when you are typing. Keep them parallel to each other with your feet flat on the floor. Keep your lets straight from the knee down. Same with your back, try not to hunch over or else your back will be hurting badly after you get off work. I hope that helps! :)
