You cannot fax a two-sided document. You must first take the two-sided document and make it two one-sided documents.
Do this by selecting the 2 -> 1 feature on the printer/copier/fax machine's menu display and making a copy of the original document. You can then fax the two page document to the desired destination. In contrast, a cover page (or cover sheet) is designed to provide essential information about the document, such as the title, author, date, and sometimes a graphic or logo. While both may appear at the start of a document, the cover page is functional and informative, whereas the blank front page is simply empty.

To transfer a whole page of a document into your word processor without trying it, you can use the "Copy" and "Paste" functions. Highlight the text in the document, right-click to select "Copy," and then open your word processor to use "Paste" to insert the content directly. Alternatively, you can use keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste. This method effectively moves the entire page of text without requiring additional attempts.

To move the last page to the front in a Microsoft Word document, first, scroll to the end of your document and select all the content on the last page. You can do this by clicking and dragging your mouse or by pressing Ctrl + A to select all and then adjusting the selection. Cut the selected content using Ctrl + X, then scroll to the beginning of the document and paste it using Ctrl + V. This will reposition the last page content at the start of your document.
