Hi
yes
In Excel, the cells are referred to as "cells" themselves, but the thick white cross-shaped pointer is known as the "fill handle." This pointer appears when you hover over the bottom-right corner of a selected cell or range of cells, allowing you to quickly fill adjacent cells with a series of values or copy the content of the selected cell.
A cell pointer in excel is just the cell where you point the cursor in which its row and column can be seen is called a cell pointer.
All you need to do is just press the arrow keys and the cursor will move in the direction of the arrow that has been pressed. If you press and hold the one of the Shift keys at the same time, then it will also select cells as the cursor moves.
The application does that when the pointer is over the cells region of the spreadsheet.

If you mean what is the name of the worksheet in an Excel workbook, it is the name on the tab at the bottom of the screen. To change the name, right-click on the tab and select rename.
You can open a 2007 Excel spreadsheet with Excel 2003 if you save the file in Excel 2007 using "Save As" and select the 2003 compatibility mode.
