hold f11 during startup, when the recovery screen comes up, choose advanced options then destructive recovery. it will prompt you to back up all files before doing so as this will wipe it fully. sit back and grab a case of cold ones, its gonna take a while.

stop formatting you arent helping, the problem is the heatsink grease is worn off your gpu and it is over heating so it is turning off due to temperature protection. high temps also cause lagging in cpus too. just find some heatsink grease not regular grease take the fan off and the cooling fins and clean any old grease left on and reapply a small even amount on the gpu processor and replace parts you should be fine from there.
Yes, you can reset the login and password for a NBX V3000 system. Typically, this involves accessing the system's management interface and using the default credentials or a specific reset procedure outlined in the user manual. If you cannot access the interface, you may need to perform a factory reset or contact your vendor for assistance. Always ensure to backup any important settings before proceeding with a reset.
you have a problem in the power board inside your receiver and it should replaced with a new power board. Actually there is an IC in the power board which become HOT and make the system restart. Usually this happens during watching scrambled channels. I have resolved the problem myself by installing a small fan inside the receiver in order to cool the IC above.
I purchased the Bush Platinum spark plugs and cables. Total cost: about $115.00. The work took about 4-5 hours; I did not want to rush this at all! Here is what we did: 1. Remove Air intake (this is easy to say... but just take your time, it is not impossible to get the job done). 2. Loosen the V3000 (LS) air cover, just undo the screws the hold that part. 3. Number your old spark plug cables so you know where they go. 4. Replace ONE spark plug at a time and change the old cable for a new cable of the same length (mark the new cable with the same number of your old cable in case you loose track later). 5. Place the V3000 (LS) back in place, do not over-tighten the screws! 6. Place back into place the Air filter tube; make all the connection previously removed and you should be finish. Take your time and do not rush this work - if needed take some pictures with your digital camara to remember where things go. On a difficulty scale of 1 to 5, I give this work a 3 AA Visit this website for full details http://www.monterosportonline.com/diy.html I purchased the Bush Platinum spark plugs and cables.
