You can't buy it, i think it drops from certain monsters. For example, the kalphite queen in the kalphite dungeon drops a dragon 2h sword and dragon chain body on death. Just click the help tab on the player interface, and click "monster drops" and it will tell you what monster drops what.

There is no such thing as dragonwarrior armor on runescape. If you mean dragon plate armor, you need to have level 60 defense to be able to wear it.
