You can download a DxDiag file by running the DirectX Diagnostic Tool on your Windows computer. To do this, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog, type "dxdiag," and hit Enter. Once the tool opens, click on "Save All Information" to export the DxDiag file to your desired location. The file will be saved as a text document that you can access later.

right click on the icon My Computer then select properties. . . you can also see the description through dxdiag. . . just click on programs and then choose run... then type in dxdiag. . .
press win+r then type dxdiag
type "dxdiag" into start menu to eveluate specs
download the BitDefender and turn it into game mode so no problems related to the game will happened, but if problems persists, run dxdiag, then enable directx acceleration and the others(like direct3D and apg texture...) at the Display Tab...
