If you've got a Dell computer, you should be able to download it from the Dell support site. If not, you can probably still technically download it, but it may not work.

Dell normally makes only the latest version available. If you're trying to get an old version (I have no idea what the current version number is) you're probably out of luck. You might be able to get it from Creative.

Dell's official website delivers most driver needed. You can also go directly tot he webcam manufacturer , but most webcams will work with Windows 7 native webcam driver. If it's not working properly you should check out the programs settings or test the cam in another program. The question is not specifying what Dell computer this is, and they use a lot of different cams. Some dell's also have a own button to activate the webcam.
