It largely depends upon what kind of converter do you need. Online you can use Zamzar (link attached) or if you want to download a program you can use Blaze Media Pro (Link attached) which costs money, or perhpas one of the many programs which show up in a Google search.

the best video converter is called handbrake, it took me months to find the best one, and finally i found out that this one is the best.

p.s: handbrake is a free program so u can try it out with out all the hassle. But it is only compatible with non-commercial DVDs.
