There are quite a few good reviews about Milgard Windows and quite a few bad ones. It's really a risky choice to purchase from this brand considering the amount of bad reviews.

You really shouldn't need to purchase Windows for your e-book reader. Windows is an operating system associated with PCs. E-readers also don't have disk drives to read OS disks. Check your owner's manual for clarification and then search an e-reader retailer that sells books and programs.
