Where do you go to edit photos?

There are thousands of ways to edit photos. The basic retouching/editing of photos consists of just a few edits: # Rotate photo to correct orientation because in a large percentage of photos the camera was not perfectly level when taken - use the grid to help find where the photo is level. # If you need to correct perspective or "fisheye" distortion use one of the many perspective or warping filters to correct. # If the last two edits leave cut off corners you can use the clone tool to fill in those areas. # Use any of several methods to crop your image. # Resize dimensions and resolution according to your final output. # Use levels to fix contrast and white balance problems. # Use any of the many color correction tools as needed. # Using a variety of tools, filters, brushes and composites you can now edit out or add things to the image or do other creative alterations. # Don't forget to save often so you don't lose your work - it's not a good idea to rely on the history too often - create snapshots at important spots so if you don't like the way the edits are going its real easy to revert back - and most important be careful not to save over the original image in case you want or need to keep it. # Now save the photo to the final file format - the native Photoshop format saves all working info, but is not compatible with most other programs. We can edit pictures by clicking the right button but select what we want only by the left button but also got the middle button if we possibly never find what it truly will do.
