I am running Tux Paint on Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope. Tux paint did not ask where to save the image. I could find the saved image in ~/.tuxpaint/saved
In Tux Paint, saved images are typically stored in the user's home directory under a folder named "Tux Paint." On Windows, this is usually found in "Documents\Tux Paint." On Linux, the path is often "~/.tuxpaint" or "/home/username/.tuxpaint." You can check the settings within the application for the exact location on your specific system.
The images you've saved in tux paint are files. On my computer I can locate them by navigating to my home directory and opening the hidden directory labeled '.tuxpaint' then opening the directory labeled 'saved'. "The directory/folder where Tux Paint saves files may be changed. This can be used to save pictures in a student's home directory on a network drive or shared drive, rather than locally on one particular workstation." - http://www.tuxpaint.org/features/

You can make a bitmap in paint. When you save your image just choose .bmp as the file extension.
The Wave effect in Tux Paint creates a visual distortion that simulates the appearance of waves rippling across the canvas. When applied, it alters the shape of the drawn objects or background, giving them a wavy, fluid look. This effect can be used creatively to enhance artwork or add dynamic elements to images, making it a fun tool for young artists. Users can adjust the intensity and parameters of the wave to achieve different visual results.
Well Really there is o website people use Paint, Tux paint and other programs
yes. gif can as well. the program that you are using has to support transparency, however. Paint can save images as a png file, but you cannot make anything transparent with Paint. Both GIMP and Photoshop will allow you to make a file with transparency, and there are a number of formats that support it (including png).
To save images from google earth on iPhone simply press the image and you will get the save option.
