It puts the files it downloaded in the 'library', accesible through the tabs near the top. But, Technically it stores on your computer in 'My Documents', if not there then Program files. (Mine is in 'My Documents)

Open up Frostwire, hit tools, and click filters. On the the left you'll have a selection of categories, find shared. You should be where it asks you to select files to be shared with Frostwire. (It's not a popup) Hit add folders and find where has folders named 'incomplete files' and 'saved'. If it's showing the music or videos you downloaded then just go up a folder. Hit add new folder and it should appear in Frostwire's library.
