There is no Help button. There is a Help menu available from an Application's menu. The Help menu can be opened by pressing the three keys:
Shift, Command and /
press COMMAND button, hold that down as you press the letter R
CTRL click
Hold down the "control" key and click

The Mac Book Pro is better than the Mac Book Air.

Firstly do you have windows on your mac? To switch between Mac and Microsoft, hold down the option button and turn on the computer. Do not let go until you see two hard-drive disks pop up saying 'Mac' or 'Windows.' Click windows and the computer should boot up. Hope this helps.
The Mac has no Start button. The functions provided by a Start button can be replicated by using the Dock, Recent Items from the Apple menu (top left corner) and/or the Finder.
