Standard keyboards do not have a superscript key. Font changes, like bolding, italicising, super- and subscripting, are features of a particular piece of software. While the software might have keyboard shortcuts, like Alt-B to Bold a selected piece of text, these are all software-specific, and not a case of the keyboard having a 'bold key', etc.
