Click start-->control panel-->add & remove programs. Select / highlight the software you want to remove from the computer. Click remove. The computer automatically remove the software.

Well if you are already on a computer you can use putty or winscp from a windows computer to access another computer. i recommend winscp as a more regular application. if you aren't already on a computer the operating system should be able to set a password for different accounts

Anti-virus are system softwares only. Though they are installed as an application, still they are used to ensure the proper functioning of the computer. So it is indeed a System software.
