Are not all browsers full screen if you want them to be?
Because of Internet Explorer.
It was not Netscape Navigator, it was WorldWideWeb.
Netscape Communicator was largely replaced by Mozilla Firefox, which emerged from the Mozilla Project initiated by Netscape's developers after the company was acquired by AOL. Firefox gained popularity due to its open-source nature, enhanced security features, and customizable interface. Additionally, Internet Explorer and later browsers like Google Chrome also contributed to the decline of Netscape Communicator's usage. Ultimately, Netscape's legacy lives on through Firefox and other modern web browsers.
<blink> is the Netscape specific element for blinking the enclosed text. It was introduced by Netscape Navigator. Many major browsers support this element except Internet Explorer.

Netscape, one of the first popular web browsers, offered advantages such as an intuitive user interface and support for various web standards, which helped popularize the internet in the 1990s. However, its disadvantages included performance issues and security vulnerabilities compared to emerging competitors like Internet Explorer. Additionally, as web technologies evolved, Netscape struggled to keep pace, ultimately leading to its decline in popularity. Despite its early success, Netscape's relevance diminished, paving the way for modern browsers.
