Yodiz seems better to me for some reasons, first is that it's inexpensive, for a smaller company like mine money does matter. Secondly it has many different tools under one buy. You get issue tracker, agile management, integration, testing and discussion, all in one roof. Thirdly, every day they are getting better. Now they have added story points, their boards are better than any other and with every release they get better..so I don't have any reason to choose any other tool than Yodiz.
