Pack and Go
You can use the "Share Screen" feature and run the PowerPoint on your computer. Alternatively, you can send the PowerPoint as a file through skype for each user to use.
You could copy the slides from Powerpoint or do screenshots of them into Word. They won't run like a presentation, so animations won't be active. You can also put a link into a Word document and link to a Powerpoint presentation.
Looping enable a Powerpoint presentation to start over when it is finished and keep on doing that. You might do this if you owned a shop and wanted to have a series of ads run all day in your shop window. You could make a presentation with all the things you want and then set it to run and it would run over and over again and not stop until you wanted it to.
You can download your presentation in any one of several formats. From your download folder or desktop, you can drag-and-drop your presentation to your card.Tip: In order to run your presentation, you need access to either Google Docs or Microsoft PowerPoint.
The F5 key will start the slide show from the first slide.
Most people use Microsoft Power Point, but you can get a free presentation utility from openoffice.org
Video the presentation and then upload it to You Tube. When you are videoing it, make sure it is on a correct kind of monitor, ideally on a laptop. Otherwise you will see lots of lines appearing on the video of the Powerpoint show.
To use Powerpoint the software must first be installed. Then click on the desktop icon to run the program and start making your presentation.
Go to 'Slideshow' then click 'Play from Beginning' or something like that or 'Play from Current Slide.'
