If by speech marks you mean qoutation marks (i.e. ""), then no, you do not need them, as the speech bubble implies it.

Simple tool. Levels come in a variety of sizes for a variety of uses. From tiny line levels to the 5-6 foot carpenter levels. All have one thing in common, the bubble. All have one or more bubble gauges, a slightly bent glass tube filled with colored fluid and a bubble. Most bubble gauges have two marks denoting the center of the glass. When the bubble rest between the marks, what you are checking is level.

Club soda can be used to remove ink marks. However, it will work better if it is combined with baking soda. Together they will bubble up quite a bit, and work to completely remove the stain.

If you're question refers to a screen protector on your iPod, and there's a bubble between it and the screen, try using a hair dryer to heat the screen protector around the bubble, and try pushing the bubble to the nearest edge, using your thumb. If it's not too bad, that should get it out. Don't use anything like a key (I wouldn't even use plastic), you can scratch the screen protector and leave bad marks on it.
By takening a bubble bath shouldn't really harm skin; but, its never good if the water is hot and and your in it for a good couple of hours. It could leave marks on your skin, make your skin very dry or faky. So might I suggest for any who love to take bubble baths make sure the water is about warm or cool.
