pscx 2 is still the best ps2 emulator out there,
and it requires a very strong system cpu/ram/gpu.
Emulating a ps2 is a heavy task, so any ps2 emulator will need a high end system.
My suggestion is try and find the best GPU pluging.
the graphic of computer getting good
Nvidia 9500gt would be a good graphic card to use with Dream Weaver.

You could choose from a wide selection of graphic cards on Tech.Pronto.com. Most graphic cards on this site are reasonably priced and have good quality.

The 9800 is a well known and very popular video card. It is very good and if you want some good info on it, look it up on tigerdirect.com
Radeon 3850 would be great with Second Life or try the 4670.
No. Do you mean 3000 series? A 3870 is not bad, for say 40$.
No. The GMA 3000 is integrated into the motherboard. Upgrading it would entail replacing the motherboard. If on a desktop machine, a better graphics card may be inserted into an expansion slot.
